Camera never shows live

Whenever I go to check my camera live, sometimes it plays audio shortly then fails to load, or shows an image briefly then also fails to load. Is there something I can do to help with this? Could it be my wifi? TYIA

Let's see what's going on with your camera. A few questions: when did it start happening? What phone are you using (Android, iOS)? Also, have you tried any troubleshooting steps to fix this? Keep us posted.
