Doorbell camera

Hello, 

I sent following message back in January 22 4 months ago, and I was asked to fill out a form and got no response?? The peeling has been even worse now and looks awful!

I love my Nest Doorbell Camera. I has started peeling and looks awful. Is there anyway to get help with this issue?
