Doorbell cracking, google wont support product

My faceplate of my doorbell is flaking around button. Customer service say I'm out of luck. They don't sell replacement face plates. 

Disappointed that I have such an expensive doorbell. I either replace or let someone get cut. 

Just had the google thermostat die. The battery inside went out. I had to buy replacement. 

Thinking of trying a new brand. My whole house is google. I just can't keep buying from a non customer friendly company

You can try using a silicone case to cover it in absence of the replacement unit.

I think your doorbell cost too much if it can't be repaired. The glass may slice my grandchildrens fingers. It is not just a cosmetic issue. Irresponsible of google. I've loved your products, but as of late, your price is too high for the little amount of time they last
