Hello,
My Nest Doorbell keeps recording clips when it hears a loud noise, even though that has been set to OFF (screenshot attached below). I've tried re-enabling and disabling, but that does nothing. 99% of the recorded clips end up being 5 second videos of trees blowing in the wind. I do not want any more videos being recorded simply because it detects a louder than usual noise. How do I actually disable this?
Thanks!

I have a similar issue. Try disabling “Sound” in the filter list when viewing video history. While the video will still be captured, you won’t see it in your events video list. This way your event list will be reduced.

Hi, I'm an end user like you. I believe that setting is only to let you choose if you get a NOTIFICATION or not when it hears a sound. Regardless of this setting it will still record the event in cause you want to review it later. Also, Rubes is correct in that you can set the filter to now show you the 'sound' events in the list. I have this turned off as well so I don't see them.

Thanks for the friendly help everyone. Filtering out the sound clips is exactly the solution I needed.
