Doorbell parts

When removing the doorbell to charge for the first time, I dropped it and now the black ring around the camera is damaged. Is this part replaceable, if so, where can I find it?

Hi @AdeleA - So sorry to hear about that! Sadly the Google Store doesn't sell official replacement parts.  You can try checking to see if it's still under warranty or if there is a third party company that is willing to attempt to fix it, but Google doesn't offer that themselves.

You could try contacting Google Nest Support to see whether they'll replace the doorbell, starting with this link:

https://support.google.com/googlenest/gethelp?hl=en

There are ongoing reports in this forum about customers damaging their battery doorbells when removing them to recharge them.

Hi, thanks for your reply, I only purchased it approx 2 months ago, i dont know how long warranty is. I will fillout the form. Thank you
