My Nest cam IQ outdoor will not connect throwing an NC023 error, nor will it factory reset, when I try to use a paperclip the light stops blinking and nothing happens.

Same issue. Camera stopped working one day, so I removed it from my list of devices and tried to re-add it. I get an NC023 error, and when I tried to factory reset the camera, nothing happend. The white light just stays on.

A few questions — what is the color of the LED lights on your Nest camera during setup? Is your Nest Camera plugged in to a working power outlet? Are you using the provided power cable and adapter?

My Nest cam has become disconnected, I'm trying to add it, but the app keeps throwing a NC023 error. I have tried all suggestions. I have tried several devices. Help

Found the issue, I was trying to connect with a regular non nest usb power block. It seems the nest power block has some kind of voodoo in it to enable a new device to connect.
