Hi, we have recently had to change our network and the nest hello wired doorbell stopped working. When I went to the nest app to reinstall it, the app asked me for the QR code or the six digit number on the back of the doorbell. Since this is a wired product it was installed (in plaster) and I cannot get to the back of the doorbell. How do I get a new QR code or six digit code? I have the original box with a serial number. Thank you.

The QR code is also located on the envelope in the Nest Hello box. It’s a small sticker.
