Nest Aware Subscription

Hello,

This post is in regard to a package that I believe to have been stolen off my porch yesterday while I was at work.

I currently have the Nest Hello doorbell and had gotten a notification that a package was delivered, then another notification that somebody had rang my doorbell (different person) some time later. At the time, I was not subscribed to Nest Aware but was able to see screenshots/still images of events within the past few hours. Upon arriving home the package was not on my porch and I wanted to see a video of the stranger that approached my door. I subscribed to Nest Aware, but not I am only able to see history from this morning, or the moment I purchased the subscription.

TL;DR - Is there no way to see past events after purchasing a Nest Aware subscription? I am no longer able to even get a screenshot of the man's face who I believe stole a package from me and am very disappointed that video history previously available with my free version of Nest is no longer accessible once I purchased the subscription.

The video history on the free version gets deleted after three hours; it’s a rolling three hour history. Unfortunately once you purchase a subscription you can only see event history from the time of subscription and onward.
