Nest Camera setup keep getting error code nc004(4060)

I just purchased a home that already had a Nest Camera installed (wired). I get through the entire process and it stops at "Something went wrong, your camera couldn't connect to Wi-Fi. Make sure that your Wi-Fi network is connected to the internet and that you entered the correct password. NC004(4060)". Please help!

  1. Click Let's get started
  2. Click your camera (Nest Cam Outdoor)
  3. Click iPhone or iPad
  4. Click the Letter dropdown and select NC
  5. Click the Number dropdown and select 004
  6. Click Continue
  7. Follow the on-screen troubleshooting steps
