Nest Doorbell Not Playing Audio From Person Who Presses Doorbell

When someone presses the doorbell. Alert comes to all devices. I cannot hear the person speak even when they are up close to the doorbell. Even on the recordings still can't be heard  They can hear what I say to them through the app on every device, iOS and Android. 

 

 

 

I have turned the microphone on and off on the app, added and removed the camera multiple times and also factory reset the device two times and still the same. 

 

 Is there anything else that can be tried or anything I have missed?
