Nest Doorbell -video not available check back later

Since today, my Nest Doorbell doesn't record events. I receive the events, but when I go to my history, all videos say "This video isn't available yet.  Check back later.", and even after waiting for a long time, the video never becomes available.

This problem is new as of today and everything has been working fine since I got the doorbell about 6 months ago.

Anyone can help?

Thank you!

Finally, after a few hours with the problem, it got resolved on its own. I didn't take any action and the video history started working correctly again.

Thank you for your advises!

My hardwired nest cam batteries do this all the time. To fix whatever one is doing it at the time I've got to hold the reset switch for 5 secs, it comes back to life like nothing was wrong (because nothing was) and then I have to realign it. A random camera does this to me weekly so it's probably the same fix for the doorbell

Hi TBolt, I'm and end user like you.  If you are using the NEST app then head over to the app store and make sure you get the updated version that just came out yesterday.  The new version of the NEST app is 5.68.1.   You can see what version you are on by going into the NEST app and at the top level (where yo see all your devices) click the GEAR and then ACCOUNT and it will show you at the bottom of the list.

If you are on the updated version and it still isn't working then you may want to open an actual support ticket with the folks at google so they can look into it for  you:  Here is the link:
