New doorbell, it was defective and had to be replaced. The playback videos were working fine with the defective one (until it stopped working completely) and now they are only stills. Please advise.

I’m having the same problem! I have read other are having this issue too. I can’t get in-touch with support either. Any solutions

Can anyone answer this question? There are no resources online that solve the problem and no one is helping. Lots of people seem to be having this issue and it’s frustrating spending a large amount of money on products that aren’t functioning properly.
