Nest Playback on PC

I am struggling with my Nest installation, I have a wired Nest Indoor Camera (Gen 1), Wired Doorbell, and Wired Outdoor (not IQ).  I am starting to experience intermittency on connectivity to all cameras, there has been no change in Wi-Fi, in fact I have cable internet upgraded to 250Mps as well as Mesh Wi-Fi, all has been working fine. 

My biggest issue is that the Nest connectivity through a PC, although shows the history, it does not play it anymore through Google Chrome, Edge, Firefox nor Opera.  Everything is up to date, however I just have a blue spinning wheel.

I have two Nest account sites, and both sites have the same playback issue.

All camera's have been hard re-set, and re-installed into the app, still same problem.  It has worked in the past, but now, both historical and Live playback doesn't work?  I have historical timelines, Zone markers appear, but no playback?

Hi there, 

Sorry to hear you're experiencing this, as I can imagine it has been an inconvenience. I would love to look into this further for you. Are you making sure that you're accessing the correct site to view your cameras on a computer? If so, have you tried to unplug and reconnect all of your cameras manually? Please let me know.

Hi everyone,

 

@SharazMir It's us again. How's it going with your Nest Camera? To confirm, have you tried checking it using your web browser from your mobile phone? You may also try using a different mobile device with their own web browsers. Try restarting your WiFi router as well. Let us know how it goes.
