Nest camera indoor 2nd Gen wired offline

Hello ,recently I bought nest camera wired 2nd gen and very often it is offline. I mention that I even brought the camera to the factory settings but in vain. It works for a while after which it is again ... offline. Of course I disconnected the camera from the voltage, in vain. It stays offline. What am I wrong with? Of course it is not vb of the wifi signal, it is 1m away from the router (asus). Thanks

That certainly hasn’t been easy for you. Let’s check what’s going on. Did you make any changes to your Wi-Fi network? Do you have other Nest devices in the house? Also, are there devices or appliances (such as baby monitors, microwaves, cordless phones, etc.) near the camera?

Hello,come back with news. After many disconnections (tired of restarting the router) I started looking through the mobile application of the Asus router.  protocol for wifi 6 and so far I have not had any problems. It remains to be seen how the situation evolves.

Hi,1 week works flawless,and ....no more.Keep disconnected after few hours of working.Restarting my router....work 1 hour ....offline.Dont know what to do ..

Understood. Could you tell us the status light of your Nest Cam Indoor? Also, what Wi-Fi frequency band do you try to connect to (2.4 GHz or 5 GHz)?

Hey EstoQuodEs1,

 

Got it. Try connecting your camera to 5 Ghz to see if that helps. Also, try to restart your camera to refresh the connection. If that doesn't work, try to reset it to its default settings. Here's the link on how to do it. Also, if you want to save any video footage before you perform the factory reset, create video clips or timelapses and download the files to your phone or computer. Keep us posted.

Hi,already try all above.Nothing ,camera will work couple of hours and then again goes offline.Im reverting router settings back to smart connect (combination of 2.5 and 5 GHz) and wifi 6 enable because in the end it's no difference,camera will go offline
