Nest doorbell peeling

So I have had a couple nest hello’s over the years but my newest one (about a year and a half old) has started cracking and peeling.  It looks like the film wasn’t removed but it’s literally the top cover.   How do I go about replacing this? I have several nest products and they’ve all been awesome but this looks terrible

I have the same problem, my 1st gen nest hello, the covering has totally peeled off and also today I had a problem with the camera being offline, decided to try reset, when I separated the camera from the base and flipped the camera to read the barcode, the glass lens simply fell out and broke upon hitting the ground. What can I do to fix these issues ???
