No event detected

We've had our driveway cam for several years.  Just yesterday, I migrated to Nest Aware.  Now there are gaps that say No Events Detected, which may or may not be true, who's to know for sure??  However, I want to be able to scroll through and see a continuous stream. How do I change that??  Please don't suggest a bunch of troubleshooting steps.  Literally nothing has changed, except switching to nest aware.

So it depends on the plan that you signed up for, if you take a look at their Aware page (https://store.google.com/ca/product/nest_aware?hl=en-GB) you will see that the base plans are only event based recording, where as if you want 24/7 recording you would need the higher tier plan. Do you know what you signed up for?

Yep, I signed up for the basic plan. Now upgraded.  So much for migrating to Nest Aware being cheaper.
