Hey google support
My outdoor cam battery is not showing any live video, only telling me its unavailable.
Every thing els is working fine like notifications history with good quality video and more.
I have good wifi cover with a 64mbit up and download, testet it with the google mesh to and from the device.
I already did factory reset, removing adding in home app and more, moved it indoors to see if the wifi covering is better which it was 200 down 70 up, but nothing is healping.
I never ever got a live video out of this camera right from the start.
My data is 5G modem from huawei may be the chinese is not working any longer withbyou guys, if so you should announce that and compensate us.

Hey folks,
Oh no! Let's see what's going on with your Nest camera. When did it start happening? Did you make any changes to your Wi-Fi network? What phone are you using (Android, iOS)? Keep us posted.

I still have the same problem: I continue to get notifications that I can view, however I can’t connect to a live view. This problem occurred when we are doing a renovation at our house and the power was turned of for a few hours. I reset the cam and router with no luck. HELP!

Yes still having the problem. I only view from one phone. If I turn the camera on and off from the Google app I can live view once, then it doesn’t work again.

Hey Cloudarchitect,
I'm sorry for the delay. Could you check if the Home/Away assist is turned on? If so, try to turn it off and monitor your camera to see if it happens again.
