My husband and I share a household. My account has no issues pulling up both live feed and events, and it's also very simple for me to see the battery level on the cam. But for whatever reason, my husband's google account can only see live feed on the camera, but events won't load/playback and it does not display the battery percentage anywhere. Help!!!

Sorry to hear about that @Rachie284.
Just to confirm, you are both using Google Home? Make sure his is up to date and refreshed. Then if it still is having the issue, remove his account and then re add it. Hopefully that should fix it.

Yes, we are both using Google home. We could never get the nest app to work.
I tried deleting all of our "homes" and readded them, then readded him to the home. Nothing worked, so unfortunately returning our Cam. Part of the security for us was him being able to view events/see who is at the front door while he's away and the rest of the family is at home.
