Watch nest camera on Pixel Phone via voice command

My new nest cam works perfectly and I can watch it from the home app on my phone or say show me the Front Yard on my Google max screen.

The problem is when I use my assistant on my Pixel XL phone and say the same command, "show me the front yard" the phone responds like this...

Sorry, I don't know where to play the video, please tell me the exact name of the screen.

I have tried everything and all my cameras, front doorbell etc say the same thing when I ask my phone assistant. When I go to any max screen it works perfectly. I know I can click on cameras in my Home App on my phone but I dont understand why I cannot use a voice command to stream a camera on my phone. I looked up my phone name and have said Show me the front yard on my Pixel Phone (Sub the name of the device) but it still does not work.

Sorry for the late response, but I wanted to drop in here to help. 

I understand that you're wanting to tell the Google Assistant on your phone to view the Nest cam and it's not working for you which may be frustrating but I'm happy to look into this to see how I can help. 

Just wanted to double check to see if you were still needing help on this? If so, what troubleshooting steps have you tried?

This may be a feature that we don't have at this time, in which I'm happy to take and pass along the feedback on.

Yes I am still having issues.

If I say watch the front yard camera to my google assistant on my phone it will always say it does not know where to play the video.

If I ask my assistant on the phone to play me a song it does so perfectly.

Also if I ask it to cast a video to a TV.

It is only if I try to watch my camera on tv or on my phone the assistant seems not to understand.

Yes absolutely, no definite answer on this one.

I can watch it by manually going into the google home app but there is no way to do it via voice command.
