We are staying at whispering creek cabin in nc
and the tv is on chomocast but it is saying that we are not connected to the wi-fi. I don’t have any instructions or have access to the router. What should we do?

If you have a router in the cabin, look on the router to see if the WiFi name and password are on it.
Otherwise, you'll have to contact someone in charge to ask them.
Keep in mind that Chromecast devices do not work with any WiFi where you have to connect and then go to a webpage to enter additional information (like your name or cabin number).
