Problemas con actualización Home mini 1era generación

Mi Google home mini de 1ra generación se queda encendido con 4 luces blancas.Ya eh intentado restablecer a valores de fabrica y solo enciende un led verde. También eh quitado el cable 10 veces dejando encender la 4 luces y no pasa nada.
