My nest app gives no option for signing u for nest aware. Why would you make signing up so difficult?? And getting help is ridiculous. It’s taken me 20 minutes just to find a help forum and there’s no one here to help! I have to wait around for some random person to help me sign up for a PAID service? That is no way to run a business you want people to pay for!

You are right; it's not obvious.
