I'm just another Google Nest customer, but are you able to clear your browser's cache for the home.nest.com site? Or can you try accessing the site in a different browser?

It seems this has happened to others using Firefox on Windows, with no answers:

I use Firefox on a Mac with no problems.
Does the new home.google.com website work for you? It has live-streaming only and is in "preview" mode.

Hey there,
Thanks for the idea. That did work when I tried it in Edge instead of Firefox. I had thought I had done sort of the same thing as I had tried in incognito mode where it wouldn't have any history either. For what it's worth, clearing the cache and retrying including in incognito mode still didn't work in Firefox for some reason.
Anyhow, thanks for tip at least I can access it somehow.

home.google.com seemed to work fine, so once that's out of preview that should probably work well.
