Device help or recommendation

I moved from Simplisafe to ADT, and received Google Home as part of the installation.

I have a GFI circuit in my garage, into which I have plugged a freezer.  Often enough, a rain storm passes through, and the circuit trips, leading to the freezer losing its power.  I need a device to put on the circuit that will cause the assistant to notify me when the device is not powered.

Any ideas or recommendations?
