Heat link won’t connect

I’m having a problem whereby my heat link wont connect with my thermostat I’ve tried resetting but no luck can someone please help

Hi there! I'm sorry for the inconvenience this might have caused you. Can you tell me if you see any messages on the display? Also what's the color of the LEDs on the Heat Link?
