I have a £100 a year subscription fro Nest but google have taken the payment twice in one day. How do I get my money back without risking losing my service?

Hi there,
I apologize for my late response, and thank you for all of your patience while waiting for a reply. I'm happy to assist you with this. As we are unable to handle payment related inquiries here in the forum, I would invite you to reach out to support for further assistance. Or, you can visit the link Here, which is a great link on how nest aware works and how to subscribe. In addition, here is a link on how to manage your subscription.
Best regards,
Brad

Thanks, I've completed the form. I don't understand how they can take so much money and not have anyone you can speak to about payments!

Thank you for filling out that form. A higher tier of support will be reaching out to you for further assistance.

Hi I've had no interaction! I completed the form as suggested and had no response! Why is it so hard to contact a company that takes so much money yet doesn't have a department to talk to customers when you've taken too much?

Hey Julie_G_actech,
We’re sorry to hear that. This isn’t the experience we want you to have. Our Nest Aware Premier Care team would be happy to help you on this. Please fill out this form and someone from our team will keep in touch with you.
