I have read many stories about this problem, and I wanted to see if this was a way to find a solution. I have been subscribed to first gen Nest Aware for several years. Recently, I moved to a new home and my camera coverage is now provided through my ADT account. Thus, I need to cancel the Nest Aware subscription. However, I cannot find a way to get it cancelled, and then I see that the rate is going up as well. I would really like a Google Community support person to help me get this canceled. Thank you!

You could try the "Contact us" link under "Nest Aware Premier Care" on the page below to "Get 24/7 access to Nest Aware Experts on the Nest Customer Care team. They’re available to answer questions, help you access features, and manage your subscription.":
