Google failed to accept payment method

I am trying to update payment method and google will not accept

Hi Janthadeus

Barclaycard have confirmed and my Barclaycard app says the same that you took a payment of £100 from my credit card on the 6th January so Im not sure why you are contacting me!

Please confirm that the matter is now settled.

I’m sorry to hear that and for the delayed response here. Let’s sort this out — a few questions: what’s the error message you received? What type of Nest Aware subscription do you have? What type of payment method are you using (debit or credit card)? Also, what device are you using to update your payment method?

Got it. Thanks for the update. I’d love to check your payment history, however, we can only walk you through to check your order history for your account security.

 

Here’s how:

 

  1. Visit https://goo.gle/2QcwNC7.
  2. Sign in with the Google Account that you used to subscribe to Nest Aware.
  3. Under the Payment section, select View payment history.
