Why is there no way to correct Nest Aware when it "recognizes" the wrong person? I got a notification that my wife was seen on the front doorbell (odd since she's at work right now), and when I looked at the video the person was clearly not my wife.
"No problem, just delete the incorrect photo from the faces library!" (This is the standard response online aside from "Nah, you're screwed because that functionality doesn't exist.") Difficulty: the "face" shown in the Details for the event *is an actual picture of my actual wife*. Clicking on that face takes me to the face library for *my actual wife*, every photo in there is *my actual wife*. This random person who Nest Aware has *mistaken* for my wife DOES NOT APPEAR ANYWHERE IN MY FACE LIBRARY.
Why isn't there an option to say "this is some random person"?

So, I still wonder what mechanism there is (if any) to correct it when there is a mis-identification, but it's not particularly relevant to this *specific* incident because it's nigh-impossible to find the original incident in my Home history without just visually inspecting every time a familiar face was detected "three weeks ago" (the best estimate that I have for when it occurred since there's also no time/date stamp on this message chain other than that my original post was "three weeks ago").
