Hello. I recently got google nest outdoor cameras and doorbell through ADT Security. Now it shows they set me up with the basis Nest Aware Subscription which only does 30 days of recording but no 24/7 option. So for the past 2 weeks I reached out to ADT to get Subscription updated to the plus, nothing has changed. No one at ADT knows how to update or give me info. Google is unable to assist since Subscription shows managed by ADT. Dont know what to do. Help me!. Anyone. I need to change to Nest Aware plus but has to be done through ADT. Very Frustrated now.
