Hey There,
I've been using Nest at my bars for years. Recently I purchased a year long subscription for Nest Aware and although I've paid for it, none of my devices are recording/ storing data. Please advise.

yes I still need help. Other than restarting my cameras, not sure what trouble shooting steps there are for me to do. I’ve checked several times - my subscription appears to be canceled, yet I was charged the full amount.

Hey folks,
Thank you for all of your patience! I would suggest that everyone checks their Nest Aware subscription, and make sure that it was purchased on the same account that your cameras and other devices are under. It sounds like that may possibly be an issue. What other troubleshooting steps have ya'll taken?

Having the same issue. I’m paying for nest aware but not getting the Features of it.
I’ve done all the troubleshooting I can with this thing. I’m ready to smash it and go with another brand.
it worked perfect for the 30 free days but now that I pay for the service It doesn’t.

I also have the same issue. Had a gen 1 nest subscription with 5 days data. Credit card expired. I added new card and upgraded to nest aware 30 days - nothing - doesn’t record. No additional features and no data despite google taking the money for the subscription. Tried every troubleshooting I can find - no go. Extremely frustrating. Would be good if you could talk to a google nest specialist on the phone to resolve this. Please help!

Yep me too had the trial that worked perfectly paid for the subscription and hasn’t worked since
