I have an active subscription the problem is that at time of renewal it asked me to go through google home downloaded app and now I cant get into my account I keep using my email tried changing password but they never send email link to change password.

You could try the "Contact us" option under "Nest Aware Premier Care" on the page below; they say it will "Get 24/7 access to Nest Aware Experts on the Nest Customer Care team. They’re available to answer questions, help you access features, and manage your subscription."
