Hi I purchased nest aware 3/7/2023 and it says I have it but it’s not working.

When you say "it's not working", do you mean that you cannot see any event video history (if you have a "Nest Aware" subscription) or 24/7 video history (if you have a "Nest Aware Plus" subscription) in the Google Nest app (for older cameras) or in the Google Home app (for newer cameras)?
If you have a "Nest Aware" subscription, you will only have event video history for events that were configured, and detected and recorded since the time you purchased your subscription.
Is your Nest Aware subscription for the same Google Nest "home/structure" as that for your cameras or doorbells?
