I recently learned that support for Nest is being discontinued. I own 4 Drop Cams, 2 Google devices, and a Google Doorbell. This change in support will result in a 76% reduction in my coverage. I have a subscription to Nest Aware and have thoroughly checked my spam, trash, inbox, and archive folders for any offers. Can I expect to receive any offers or not? I need assistance because I use these devices to monitor children and elderly individuals within a low-income family. Unfortunately, we won't be able to afford to replace them, and this situation may force us to switch to a more affordable option.

To be clear, only Dropcam and Dropcam Pro are affected, no other models:
Update for Nest Secure, Dropcam, and Works with Nest
The Dropcam replacement offer went to customers whose Dropcams were active on a Nest Aware subscription a month before the April 8th 2023 offer, so the offer should have gone to the email attached to your Nest Aware subscription, assuming you had one at that time. In any case, to check if you're eligible, you'll need to contact the Google Nest support team directly.
