It's 1 pm EST on a Friday. I've been trying all day to talk or chat with Customer Service about adding a camera back to my subscription without upgrading to Nest Aware. I want to stay on 1st generation. Anyway, I go to the site, enter my information and keep getting told there's no one to talk to or chat with. No option for a call back. Nothing. I should've just started with another company as soon as Google took over.
