Long story short, my nest aware subscription automatically renewed without my knowledge. I no longer live at that residence and that house is now a rental. I contacted Google Customer support to have the subscription cancelled and to receive a refund on any remaining months (not even for the months that I didn't realize it was active). I was informed that it is a non refundable subscription. I want to complain about this policy. How do I go about doing that? It is ridiculous that I am paying for a subscription to which I have no access.

Like other Google Subscriptions, Nest Aware is non-refundable but I definitely see how this is an unfortunate situation. I’d encourage you to also send this feedback directly to Google. You will not receive a response, unless Google need more details from you, however the team are still reading the feedback.
