Moved to a new finance software and noticed that nest has been charging me twice every month for my nest aware pro subscription since February 2023!! I assume it happened when I was forced to “move” my subscription from Nest to Google.  
I’m honestly more than disappointed and frustrated that Google thought it OK to just charge me twice for now what is now over a year.   Any way to get my money back on this? And more importantly, how do I get rid of this second subscription?  I went to my Google Home account, my Nest account, and all I see is one subscription.  
I noticed this is not the first time this has happened, and there are many frustrated users out there. 
Any help would be greatly appreciated.
