Unable to see nest aware event history

I pay for the 30 days of event history with nest aware. I can see clips from one of my cameras, but not my doorbell. My wife's car was broken into last night and I need at least up still or something to submit to the police. I've seen very similar topics posted, has there been a solution?

Also paying for 30 days of event history. However I see max 2 or 3 hours of event history. If I tap on History I can only access todays date … 

any idea what is going on? And how to resolve?

Thank you for posting reply and subsequent email.  I am currently traveling and expect to fly back to NL tomorrow. 
The issue I had with our Nest installation has not changed. 
Just to summarize. We have been using a Nest camera and software/services for approx a year and a half. The first year everything worked fine.
After 1 year the camera was off line rather frequently. I tried everything, news cable, new outlet and it was working again.
However we have hardy any history anymore.
 
I just checked now and I can see 5 movents, going back 2 ½ hours.
When we are lucky we have a history of 10 items, never more than a couple of hours.
 
I believe that for the fee we pay (a ’normal’ service contract), the server stores a history of 30 days. We use the Nest app
 
So what can you do or what can I do to resume the 30 days history service.

It sounds like you do not have an active Nest Aware subscription if you are only getting the 3 hours worth of event history. Check out how to subscribe here. Please let me know if you need further assistance.

@Brad No, the issue was never resolved, and I was paying for a subscription (can show you receipts if needed).I have since cancelled the account at that location.

Have you verified and checked to make sure that your Nest Doorbell is part of the same Home? Nest Aware covers all cams and doorbells undera single Home. So if it isn't working or showing anything for your Doorbell, I would first check out if it is connected to your Home, and then maybe Factory Reset it to see if that does the trick.

Hello Brad,

On 26 sept 2020 I paid EUR 50,- Nest Subscription to Google google nest London gbr - Software application.

On 26 sept 2021 exactly the same. I believe is is een automatic payment.

As I indicated earlier, we use the Nest app and are unable to see history. We see events from approx. 3 hours ago, not further back.

Furthermore the Nest app seems much slower than what I remember. The blue circle in the video goes on for a minute before we have the actual image.  And Nest tells me often that I am absent. Sometimes it is true, often not. At the moment, I am at home and that is correct indeed.

I checked emails and payments and found both the advice for automatic payments and the confirmation that we paid. I can send you emails and /or screenshots.

My brother got COVID and passed away within 3 weeks. I need to access my system's video history for the last month while my brother was still alive

 

Please help me access those video history. It is all I have left from my brother.
