Worst customer service, no refund back and all they do is lie! I want my refund back!

I posted about 3 weeks ago, a month of calling them and it’s the same run around. You get promised phones calls within 24-48 hours and no one calls. Plain and simple, give me my refund back since I was requested to cancel my subscription by a nest aware technician and to re purchase to fix my issue. I’ve now paid for 2 subscriptions in 3 weeks and never got my money back for the one they told me to cancel.
