unable to locate email with nest offer

So I received the email but now I am unable to locate it what can I do?

I would recommend searching for the email in your mailbox, maybe you already deleted it, check your trash bin. 😊

odd looked everywhere trash gets deleted weekly and I know that email was saved. About what date did they send these?

Hi there,

You can open the Google Home app, tap on the settings icon and the select the 'offers' section to view what's currently available

If you call google they should have a record of any offers that were assigned and available for you.
