I have gen 2 nest protect I changed the router and after that I can not add the nest protect to the account I also bought a 2nd new one both of them won't get connected to the account google help line is use less.
I have 4 nest indoor cams and a nest thermostat. They work fine.
Plz help if any one has a solution
