Sold a home in which I had 2 Nest Protects. Nest Home Reports still come to me every month (which I don't need or want) and now the report says the devices never reported or communicated. I want to stop these prior Nest Protects reporting to my account BEFORE connecting Nest Protects in my current home

Thanks for reaching out here in the Community. To know more about this issue, I’d like to confirm, do you still see the Nest Protects on your Nest app? Also, when you reset your Nest Protects it shouldn't be linked to your account and you shouldn't have to receive any home reports from it anymore. Can you contact the person who owns it now to reset it? Let us know your update here.
