I cannot access the nest app because i have forgotten my password.

I also do not have access to the email account that is registered.

How can i change the email or reset the devices and register as new?

I'm afraid there is no way to do that. You'll need to login with a new account creating a new home, then factory reset your devices and set them up again in the new home.
