Is the nest Protect (gen 2) UL Listed.

Hoping this is a simple request - the local fire department requires a UL Lister Smoke/Heat detector to sign off on my Tesla Powerwall Install.  Struggling to get a straight answer?

I think so thank you.  I need to confirm with the local fire marshal. Last think I want to do is to have to remove al the nests :(.
