Issue with smoke alarms

Hi guys,

I can't connect my smoke alarms to my network. I can see multiple threads from a few years back but i don''t know if they are relevant anymore.

So i scan the QR on the device and connect it to the wifi. But i can see it drops the network connection already and sometimes it connects back. As soon as i try to connect a second Nest it gives all the errors possible P013, P030, P018. can't find the network, can't see the nest, check if you are on the same wifi, .....

Also in the nest app i can't connect to the first device... constant errors probs because it gets no IP from my AP

My setup :

3x Google Nest

UDM-Pro fully updated

AP6-Lite fully updated

all the OS's are also on the latest networks.

I created a seperate network :

can anybody help me connect my 3 nest on the network ?

Thank you

I had same issue and had to look through a bunch of posts but now, all 6 of mine stay online.

First, make sure your 2.4 & 5 Mhz bands have separate SSID's.  If you need them combined, set up a guest network for 2.4 and connect them to it.

Second make sure IPV6 is enabled on your router.  This solved my issues instantly.  I would get at least one disconnected every few days.  Now, they have all remained connected for months!

Hope this helps
