Lost backplate for Nest Protect gen 2 (battery)

Our painting contractor lost the mounting backplate for one of our Nest Protect gen 2 smoke detectors.  How can we get a replacement?

Thanks @Mlabrador !  That worked!  My Nest Protect is still under warranty so a replacement part is being sent to me.
