Mounting plate replacements, nest assist is no help

Where can I purchase 2 Nest Protects (06a) battery powered mounting plates?  It appears your warranty must be in tact for Nest Support to support.

Sorry for the late reply. Google does not sell replacement mounting plates. I know this is not the most ideal answer. Please let me know if you have any questions from here.

I appreciate everyone’s willingness to help but it appears help isn’t possible. “EBay” seems to be the only advice that may help thanks to Google’s poor customer service practices.  ‘I need a $5 piece of plastic….oh…I can’t just buy that but may have to resort to purchasing an entirely new packaged device?
