Where do I get a form to order part?

Again no help form anyone. probably a problem with my Google Mesh not recognizing the Google Protect, its a strange world. Again thank you for your concerns.

As I said before I have bought a new one 2nd Generation with 3.03 update. However I am in Blaine WA and using WiFi 2.4 G and CANNOT get either of my Protects to work. my router is the Google Mesh. I am very frustrated that it is so hard to connect. So far many attempts but neither will connect. My iPhone sees the Protect Wifi signal.

Im ready to buy a First alert and be done with them. Totally frustrated
