Agreed! We're in the same boat. We have seven of these Google devices, with six years left until the expiration date. This was a significant investment and now it appears they are totally worthless. Google needs to provide better customer support. It's just stupidity that they can't make these inexpensive, but crucial parts available for purchase. I was thinking of purchasing some other pieces and parts that form part of this ecosystem, but if this is the type of service I can expect, then I'm going with another company.
