Need three backplates and three wiring harnesses for Protect

Were relocating a handful of Nest Protects and somehow misplaced three of the mounting plates and three of the wiring harnesses. I have chatted with Nest support and no one offered any help as the units are out of warranty, but still have 6+ years of their usable life left. I'm happy to pay for these, but they're claiming they don't sell them. I'm sitting on almost $400 worth of smoke detectors that I can't use. Can someone help?
